Patrice Clausse is the chief executive officer of ACEN International. He joined Ayala Corporation in May 2010 as an advisor to the Strategy and Business Development team and became a founding member of the ACEN management in 2011, where he led the Business Development and Operations teams. Currently, he heads ACEN’s international business, with focus on Southeast Asia and Australia. Patrice is a member of the Board of Directors/Management and Advisory Committee of various ACEN International Projects. Prior to joining Ayala, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in London as well as with Marakon Associates (part of Charles River Associates). Patrice holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as Baker Scholar. He also received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University in the UK.

Following his central role in establishing the partnership between the Yindjibarndi people and the ACEN Corporation, Craig joined the newly established partnership company, Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation, as the CEO and one of the two Yindjibarndi appointed members of the Board. With a background in law and over twenty years’ international experience in senior executive roles across the energy, construction, resource and professional services industries, Craig is an experienced listed and private company CEO, Executive and Non-Executive Director.
Craig is a long-standing member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Laws (1st class honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Aaron Hubert Snr, chair of the Yindjibarndi Trust (YCCL), and director of Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation.
Aaron Hubert is a Yindjibarndi man whose family hails from Nhuhnga Nhunga Millstream on the Yindjibarndi tablelands. Mr Hubert was born in Port Hedland and then taken away by a welfare officer at about the age of 7, along with his younger brother Henry, and raised at Gilliamia Hostel in Onslow.
Mr Hubert attended primary and secondary school in Onslow, and then returned to Port Hedland to complete year 11 and a trade. After leaving school he worked in Aboriginal Education for a decade with the Education Department WA, where he showed a passion for education and the importance of learning about Country and Culture. He also worked as a ranger at the Millstream-Chester National Park and elsewhere in marine and land roles. He has owned and operated his own trucking business for several years.
In recent years he has reconnected with the Yindjibarndi community and serves as chair of the YCCL trust and a board member of Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation, which is developing renewable energy on Yindjibarndi ngurra. He also works in a heritage and cultural management role with Yindjibarndi Nation which involves assisting community members to participate in on-country surveys while working with proponents to ensure that a professional working relationship is upheld on the ground. As chairperson of the YCCL trust he is dedicated to ensuring that it represents, assists and supports financially Yindjibarndi beneficiaries and across the Nation.

Jonathan is the chief strategy officer of ACEN. He is a lawyer and banker with over 25 years of experience in the legal, investment banking, and private investment sectors with significant experience in equity capital markets, corporate finance, and in advising on large infrastructure, power, and telecom projects. Jonathan was previously a director and the executive chairman of BPI International Finance Ltd., the Hong Kong banking subsidiary of BPI and concurrently, co-head of Wealth Management and head of international businesses of BPI. He was also a director of Schools Relief Initiative Ltd., a Hong Kong based charity supporting education in Southern Sri Lanka. Previously, Jonathan served as an executive director in Goldman Sachs, Hong Kong (Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets) and managing director and head of Asian Equity Capital Markets in JP Morgan, Hong Kong. Jonathan holds a bachelor of Civil Laws degree from the University of Oxford, where he graduated with first class honors. He also received first class honors in the solicitors final exam.

Anton is an ACEN Director and former CEO of ACEN Australia. Having built ACEN Australia from two employees in 2016, ACEN Australia now has close to 60 full-time professionals and over 800MWac in construction and operations and over 8GW in development pipeline.
Anton’s experience includes over 25 years in management of the development and finance functions within the renewable energy and resources sectors, with five years as CFO for ASX200 listed companies.
Anton was one of the original wind developers in Australia in the early 2000s. He is an Accountant by profession (F-CPA Australia), and holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
